By accessing or using Lyric Video Maker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is not intended for users under 13.

Lyric Video Maker helps you create lyric videos from audio: upload a track, auto-transcribe or import captions, edit timings, and export video.

We may modify features, limits, and availability over time.

• You represent that you have the necessary rights to the audio, lyrics, backgrounds, and any other content you upload or use in a project.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful content or activities that infringe third-party rights.
• You will not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass limitations, or access other users’ data.

You retain ownership of your content (“Inputs”) and the results you generate using the Service (“Outputs”), to the extent permitted by law.

To provide the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, and transmit your content to the providers we use (for example, for transcription and rendering), solely to operate the Service for you.

Some features rely on third-party services (e.g., speech-to-text providers and background media catalogs). Those services may have their own terms and policies that we do not control.

If you use stock backgrounds, you must comply with the provider’s terms and attribution requirements (if applicable).

The Service is provided “as is.” Transcriptions and timings may be inaccurate, especially with noise, vocal effects, multiple speakers, or challenging pronunciation. You are responsible for reviewing and using the results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

You can delete projects within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service and users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
