Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lyric Video Maker (the “Service”), provided by RUSLAN SHLENKIN PR BEOGRAD, Čika-Ljubina 12/3, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing an export, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service lets you upload audio and background media, create or import captions, edit timing and styling, and purchase a final lyric video export.

• You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account.
• The Service is not intended for anyone under 13. If the law where you live requires a higher age to enter a contract, you must meet that age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You retain your rights in uploaded material and generated outputs to the extent those rights exist under law. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and use the audio, lyrics, images, video, and other material you submit.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, support, and secure the Service.

• Do not upload unlawful content or material that infringes copyright, privacy, or other third-party rights.
• Do not disrupt or compromise the Service, bypass limits, access another user’s data, distribute malicious code, or use the Service for abuse.
• Do not present generated output as a transcription we have certified as accurate. You are responsible for reviewing text and timing and for lawful publication.

A final MP4 export is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Current pricing and rounding rules are shown on the Pricing page. The final amount is shown before payment.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, taxes, payment documents, refunds, and disputes. We provide support for the Service and its output. These Terms govern your use of the Service and output.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable Dodo Payments terms. After a full refund or chargeback covering the full transaction amount, access to the hosted output is revoked.

The Service relies on third parties for authentication, storage, transcription, rendering, analytics, payments, and stock media. Their own terms may apply to separate services or material. When using stock backgrounds, you must comply with the provider’s license and attribution requirements.

We may change features and limits, perform maintenance, or discontinue parts of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a new updated date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Automated transcription and timing may contain errors. You must review output before publishing or otherwise using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profit, goodwill, or data arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions on content rights, payment, liability, and governing law survive where their nature requires.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence or impose an exclusive venue where applicable law gives them another right to bring a claim.

The English version is authoritative. Translations are provided for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
