Refund Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
About your purchase
Lyric Video Maker sells a one-time digital export of your finished lyric video as an MP4 file. It is not a subscription. The price is calculated before payment and shown in the app and at checkout.
Your purchase is made from Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment and processes refunds.
When a refund may be available
We do not offer a voluntary unconditional money-back guarantee. Requests are reviewed case by case under Paddle’s policies and any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Examples that may support a request include a duplicate charge, an export that was not delivered because of a Service error, or an export that cannot be used because of a verified technical defect in the Service. Simply changing your mind after a usable file has been delivered does not by itself guarantee a refund.
How to request a refund
- If your export was not delivered or you suspect a technical defect in the Service, email support@lyricvideo.app.
- You may request a refund or exercise an applicable withdrawal right directly through the support link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle Buyer Support. If a technical issue could not be resolved with us, include our response.
- Include the purchase email, transaction or export identifier, and a short description of your request.
- We or Paddle may ask for additional information needed to review the request.
Paddle determines refund eligibility under its Refund Policy. Paddle may, at its discretion, consider a request submitted within 14 days of the transaction, but submission within that period does not guarantee a refund. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
If approved, Paddle returns funds to the original payment method where possible within 14 days. Your bank or payment network may require additional time to post the funds.
Partial and full refunds
A partial refund does not remove access to the hosted output. After an approved full refund, or a chargeback or chargeback warning covering the full transaction amount, access to the hosted output is revoked and the file is queued for deletion.
Revoking hosted access does not erase copies you already downloaded, but we may stop hosting or providing the file again.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law. Your purchase from Paddle is also governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms. For the transaction and refund process, the Paddle terms apply if there is an inconsistency, without limiting mandatory rights. Use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service.
Language
The English version of this policy is authoritative. Translations are provided for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
