Refund Policy

Lyric Video Maker sells a one-time digital export of your finished lyric video as an MP4 file. It is not a subscription. The price is calculated before payment and shown in the app and at checkout.

Your purchase is made from Dodo Payments, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments collects payment and handles taxes, payment documents, refunds, and disputes.

We do not offer a voluntary unconditional money-back guarantee. Requests are reviewed case by case under Dodo Payments’ terms and any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

A request may be supported by a duplicate charge, an export not delivered because of a Service error, or a verified technical defect. Changing your mind after a usable file has been delivered does not by itself guarantee a refund.

• Email support@lyricvideo.app with the purchase email, export identifier, and reason for the request.
• We or Dodo Payments may request additional information needed to review the request.
• An approved refund is issued by Dodo Payments to the supported original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment network and bank.

A partial refund does not remove access to the hosted output. After a full refund or the opening of a payment dispute, access is revoked and the hosted file is queued for deletion.

Revoking hosted access does not erase copies already downloaded, but we may stop hosting or providing the file again.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law. The transaction is also governed by the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms. Use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Service.

The English version of this policy is authoritative. Translations are provided for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
