Privacy Policy

RUSLAN SHLENKIN PR BEOGRAD, Čika-Ljubina 12/3, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, is the controller of personal data we process when providing Lyric Video Maker (the “Service”).

• Account data: user identifier, email, name and profile image if provided, plus authentication and account state.
• Project data: uploaded audio, background files, captions and timing, project settings, prepared media, and completed exports.
• Purchase data: Dodo Payments checkout and payment identifiers, amount, currency, payment, refund, or dispute status, and related events. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, request time and result, error logs, browser and device information, and sanitized diagnostic data.
• Product analytics: page views and predefined events for core workflow stages. These do not include caption text, uploaded file names, or email addresses.
• Communications: name, email, message content, and support correspondence.

• Contract performance: account creation, project storage, transcription, rendering, output delivery, payment handling, and support.
• Legitimate interests: protecting the Service, preventing abuse, troubleshooting, understanding usage, and improving the product while respecting your rights.
• Legal obligations: maintaining required records, responding to lawful requests, and resolving payments, refunds, and disputes.
• Consent, where required for specific processing; consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

• Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, linking an anonymous project to a browser, and restoring application state.
• We use a third-party service for product analytics in cookieless mode. Automatic click capture and session recording are disabled, and person profiles are not created.
• We do not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers.

We share data only as needed to operate the Service with these categories of providers:

• Authentication and database infrastructure providers for accounts and application data.
• Cloud infrastructure, processing, and storage providers for queues, transcription, rendering, storage, and delivery through time-limited links.
• Stock media providers for searching and importing background images and videos selected by the user.
• Analytics, error diagnostics, service messaging, and contact delivery providers.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganization subject to applicable protections.

Dodo Payments acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record and independently processes payment credentials, taxes, payment documents, refunds, and chargebacks under its Privacy Policy. We retain only the local identifiers and statuses needed to deliver exports, provide support, and reconcile refunds.

Some providers process data outside Serbia or your country of residence. Where required, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.

We retain account and project data while the account or project is active and as needed to provide the Service. Prepared copies and export outputs are removed under the Service lifecycle; a hosted output subject to a full refund or chargeback covering the full transaction amount is queued for deletion.

When you delete an account, we remove local application data and Dodo Payments links unless retention is required for a legal obligation or legal claims. Dodo Payments-controlled financial records remain with Dodo Payments under its own obligations. Limited copies may temporarily remain in backups and security logs.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. The Service is not intended for children under 13; if we learn that we collected their personal data without a lawful basis, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version and date. The English version is authoritative and translations are provided for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
